READI' s mission is to create synergistic partnerships among identified private sector employers, community leaders, and educators that will "drive" the "just-in-time" short-term (less than one year) training needs for existing members of the workforce, to benefit employer and employee needs, and to respond to workforce trends. READI will address the shortage of skilled and underemployed or place-bound workers, and the lack of opportunities for local and regional professional/technical education for the current and future workforce through partnerships with business, industry, education, and community leaders to meet the needs for "just-in-time" training to boost competitiveness, profits, wages for employers and employees, and future partnering to achieve a "One-Stop" Skill Center to improve overall success for existing and new local and regional Montana businesses needing technically skilled employees. READI is a non-profit 501 C-3 corporation.
